Due to the perishable nature of our products and the individualized craftsmanship involved in preparing each arrangement, we regret to inform you that we do not accept refunds or returns once the flowers have been prepared and dispatched.
However, if you encounter any issues with your order, such as damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. We will promptly assess the situation and, if necessary, offer a suitable resolution such as a replacement or store credit.
